Foundation Care Instructions To ensure proper setup and warranty validity:

Tighten legs/castors by hand or with a spanner; recheck every six months.

Use only a supportive foundation designed to match the mattress.

Important Foundation and Bed Care Warnings Using unsupported bases (e.g., bowed slats or narrow tubing) voids the warranty. Warranty also does not cover damage from standing, jumping, or sitting on the platform base or mattress edges.

Body Impressions - Slight indentations are normal as the mattress adapts to your body. Impressions under 35mm are not covered.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage - The warranty does not cover:

Mattress fabric, including stains, burns, or odors.

Normal body impressions under 35mm.

Damage from inappropriate foundations.

Comfort preference, heat issues, or bed height.

Maintenance and Care - Do and Don’ts To extend mattress life and maintain warranty:

Do: Rotate single-sided mattresses every two weeks initially, then every two months. Double-sided mattresses should be flipped and rotated. Plan to keep your mattress dry. Protect it from water and other fluids. Use always a mattress protector.

Don’t: Stand, jump, or use dry-cleaning fluids on the mattress. Avoid sitting on the mattress edges and bending it (unless it’s designed for an adjustable base).Don't flip one sided mattresses, rotate only.

Inspection and Transport Charges - If a defect is reported, Golden Sleep may require a photo of the affected area before scheduling an in-home inspection, which may involve a call-out fee refundable if a manufacturing defect is found.

Transport charges for approved claims are covered in the first year, and reasonably split with the customer afterward. Material Availability Golden Sleep may use substitute materials of equal quality if identical replacements are unavailable during repair or replacement.

For further details, customers can contact Golden Sleep via email or phone as listed on their website.
